We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal (Insurance Defense) to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position. The paralegal will play a key role in supporting our attorneys by handling legal document preparation, document review, legal research, and the drafting of pleadings and motions on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
- Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies.
- Manage and organize case files and related documentation.
- Maintain communication with attorneys.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in legal document preparation, document review, and legal research.
- Strong experience in drafting pleadings and motions.
- Background in supporting insurance defense litigation.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Familiarity with case management software.
- Paralegal certification or a relevant degree is preferred.

The salary range for this position is $65,000 - 75,000. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
